additions for incentive and reward days or corporate events.
Refreshments
We are able to arrange refreshments for you at a good local bar/pub/restaurant,
depending on your requirements, location and budget.
Meetings
and Accommodation
For corporate clients, you can have meetings and accommodation
near to the Treasure Hunt location.
Transport
You can complete the Treasure Hunt on foot, OR we can hire cars, minibuses, limousines,
punts or bicycles for your group.
Cameras
You can have digital cameras for each team to record pictures
of their event
and enter the 'Funniest Photo ' for their group.
Clothing
You
can have Hats, T-shirts or any other items to be printed with team names.
Prizes
You can order additional prizes, for example more bottles of champagne for your
event, or additional prizes for 2nd, 3rd
place and even the team with the least points.
Actors
Should you want
additional co-ordinators attending your event (above the normal number we
provide) You can have as many as you like, prices start from £125 plus vat for
each additional actor.
Costumes
If you have a themed event, you may want the co-ordinators in a specialist
costume. For some themes, we may
need to hire a costume at an additional cost.
Special
Props
We have often
created challenges that require special props for bespoke events, our
imagination is unlimited.
Entrance
to Tourist Attractions
For some locations, you may want teams to access private areas that require an
entrance fee. For example, Hampton
Court Palace, Shakespeare’s House.
We can organised and purchase these in advance for your group.
Seasonal
Weather Comfort Packs
You
can have back-packs containing umbrellas, sun cream, water bottles, snacks,
shower proof ponchos or clothing, and sun hats (or anything you choose).
